• Check Out Time: 10:30 AM
• Minimum Check In Age is 21 Years Old
• Guests aged 17 Years Old and under at the time of check in are considered children.
• Pets are allowed.

The rates displayed Do Not include any applicable service fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as mini bar snacks, pay-per-view movies, or events, telephone charges) .

Reservation & Payment Policies:

• Credit Cards are NOT Authorized or charged prior to arrival.

• Cancellations can be made online, from your itinerary, click the "Cancel this Reservation" button and follow the instructions.
• To make changes to your reservation please call our Reservation Department at (727)393-4609 and specify that you booked your reservation online.
• Cancellations made within 3 day(s) of check-in date are subject to a penalty of the Equivalent of First Night Room and Tax Charges. (For Cancellation and change purposes, check-in date is considered to be 12:01 AM PST of the day on which you are scheduled to check in.)
• In the case of multiple Rooms booked, cancellation penalties apply to each Room that is cancelled or changed.

• Prices and Room type availability are subject to availability.

Helpful Information:

The Front Desk/Office is closed from 8pm to 8am nightly.

Packages and Specials that require a minimum night stay will not be honored in the event an early check out brings the total actual stay below the minimum number of nights.

Pet Policy

Surfs Inn is happy to welcome your well-behaved pet(s). A nightly pet fee of $10 wil be added to your final bill. Limit two pets per room. 50 pound maximum per pet. In the event of  any damage caused by your pet(s) Surf's Inn reserves the right to assess and apply charges as the situation warrants.
