Daily rate applies to two or more nights. One night rate $5.00 additional. Advise us of when you are arriving, how long you plan to stay and type of accommodations desired. A $100.00 deposit will bring you a confirmed reservation for a week stay. Rate is subject to Florida Sales Tax. Confirmed reservation dates are firm. Deposits returned with at least a 21 day (3 week) cancellation notice. $50.00 service charge on all cancellations. 5 day minimum on efficiencies and on all rooms during Holiday Weekends.
